1. Company Overview
LOLA BAEJ is a luxury female high fashion brand based in Lagos State, Nigeria, specializing in premium apparel and fashion accessories for the modern, elegant woman. Our collections are crafted to reflect sophistication, confidence, and originality.

2. Product Information
Our pieces are made available on a ‘’Made to order’’ basis. Pieces are cut and made according to our size guide (Please see size guide table)
We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, due to market availability, actual colours and textures may slightly vary. Prices of our products are subject to change
3. Orders and Payments
– All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include VAT where applicable.
– Orders are confirmed only upon full payment.
– We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and approved mobile payment options.
– Design alteration or custom measurement attracts an extra fee of N20,000
-fittings must be done in the store. If fittings are not done in the store, customers will be liable for their adjustment.
– LOLA BAEJ reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
4. Shipping and Delivery
– We deliver within Nigeria and outside Nigeria using trusted delivery partners.
– Standard delivery timeframe is 9-14 business days depending on location.
– Accurate delivery information must be provided at checkout.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure.
5. Returns and Exchanges
– Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery/purchase for unworn and undamaged items with original tags and packaging. Any sign of wear or damage that is not fault of LOLA BAEJ fashion will lead to refusal.
– Custom, sales, and made-to-measure items are non-refundable unless defective.

– Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. The total amount refunded does not include shipping fees.
– LOLA BAEJ is not responsible for missing items when shipping to us. Once an item is received, we will acknowledge receipts.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, branding, and written content are the sole property of LOLA BAEJ and are protected under intellectual property laws. No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
9. Limitation of Liability
LOLA BAEJ shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the item(s) purchased.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with legal jurisdiction in the courts of Lagos State.
11. Modifications
LOLA BAEJ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website and will become effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
